Hatha / Gentle Hatha- 1 hour
Hatha yoga is the practice of asanas (poses & postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation blended to align, strengthen and promote balance in the body, mind and heart. You can expect emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance is the goal as we explore the body's range of motion.
Props: Blocks, Strap, Bolster & Blanket

Restorative- 1 hour
Restorative yoga invites us to explore relaxation on a new level in our body, mind and spirit. It aims to nurture calm as we hold gentle, supported poses throughout the class, closing with a guided meditation to further invite a calmer more restorative feeling. Restorative yoga helps our experience by offering a way to balance our nervous system and regulate the stress response in our body.
Props: Blocks, Strap, Bolster & Blankets (optional eye pillow or sandbags)
All levels welcome.
Vinyasa- 1 hour
Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.
